The aerospace technology should be developed by our own efforts, considering that it is essential for human beings to go into space as well as it is one of the higher value-added business deriving massive profits. Due to this reason, they’ve proceeded the development of the space technology competitively in foreign advanced countries. In order to keep up with the flow, it is very important to develop our own technology. The space launch system is the core of the space technology. Even though, the rocket, Naro, was successfully launched, the launch technology should be developed fully independently since it is related to the national security such as a ballistic missile. Thus, our center will contribute not only for developing the basic core technology as the prelude to lay the groundwork of KSLV-2 launch technology and next generation launch technology, but also for cultivating high skilled human resources as the cradle of the study. To contribute the development of the national science and technology through the development of the space launch technology and to achieve our aspirations for the future of our species, we ask for your interest and support.
